The current prototype of the “Re cov” Recovery boot system for gyms lacks a seamless pay-as-you-go integration feature, which is a crucial aspect of the product. The design, although visually appealing, does not effectively incorporate the Stripe QR code payment system, making it difficult for users to easily pay for their Recovery sessions. This hinders the overall user experience and may lead to frustration and decreased customer satisfaction. They need a agency to elevate the design and user experience to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process, ultimately enhancing the overall value proposition of the product.

Solution

The “Re cov” Recovery boot system app, designed by our agency, effectively addresses the issue of seamless pay-as-you-go integration by incorporating a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily select their preferred session options (modes, pressure, boot size, etc.) and pay directly through a QR code generated by Stripe. Additionally, the app includes membership and credits options, providing users with flexibility and convenience.
